Rutba AI: AI Tools for Websites and SEO Content, With Human Review

AI landing pages, a WordPress site builder, an article writer, WooCommerce product texts and site assistants that work from your real facts, require your review and publish as reversible changes.

Updated 25 October 2026 · 34 min read

AI tools for websites can save you days of work: a landing page drafted in a minute, a set of starter pages for a new WordPress site, a first draft of an SEO article, or clear descriptions for a hundred store products. They can also fill your site with generic text, invented claims and fake-sounding promises that hurt both your visitors' trust and your search visibility. The difference is not the AI model. It is the workflow around it: what facts the AI is given, what it is forbidden to do, who reviews the result, and how safely it reaches your live site.

Rutba AI is the set of AI website and content tools inside the Rutba SEO platform, built around that workflow. It includes a landing page builder, a WordPress site builder, an article writer (the Content Studio), a WooCommerce product text writer, an "Ask your site" assistant and a workspace assistant that points you to the right tool. Every tool writes in Arabic, English or Turkish, works only from the facts you or your site provide, marks AI text as unreviewed until a person confirms it, and publishes through Rutba's reversible change system, so anything that reaches your site can be rolled back.

This guide explains what each tool does today, what it does not do, how usage is counted, how your data is handled, and how to use AI for SEO content responsibly according to Google's published guidance. It is long on purpose: if you are deciding whether to let AI write for your business, you deserve the details before you start.

What Rutba AI is, and what it is not

Rutba AI is not a chat window that produces free text you then copy and paste somewhere. Each tool is a structured workflow with a defined input, a defined output and a review step before anything goes live. The AI writes text; Rutba controls the structure, the safety checks and the publishing.

The tools available today are:

Tool What you give it What you get Where it goes
Landing page builder A short brief about your business, offer, audience and goal A full page with hero, features, steps, FAQ, call to action and contact sections Published on Rutba with a contact form, or as a WordPress page on your connected site
WordPress site builder A brief about your business and services A page plan (4 to 8 pages), then every page written Pages, main menu and front page applied to your WordPress site as reversible changes
Article writer (Content Studio) A focus keyword and a working title Research, a brief, an outline, a draft, section help, title and meta suggestions, a live SEO score Published, scheduled or sent as a draft to your WordPress site
Store product texts The WooCommerce products you select, plus optional store notes Descriptions, short descriptions and SEO fields based on real product data Applied to your store as one reversible change
Ask your site A question about one site An answer from that site's own records, with the data sections it used Stays in Rutba (read only)
Workspace assistant A question about your sites, plan or next step Advice plus buttons that open the right Rutba tool Stays in Rutba (read only)

What Rutba AI does not do, so you can plan honestly:

  • It does not generate images or logos yet. The "Images and logos" tool appears in the Rutba AI hub as "coming soon". Until it is released, landing pages and site pages are text-based, and you add your own photos in WordPress.
  • It does not publish anything without a person's approval. There is no hidden autopilot in these tools. Every landing page, site build, article and product batch must be reviewed and confirmed first.
  • It does not invent facts for you. The instructions given to the AI forbid invented prices, numbers, awards, guarantees, certificates, years of experience, team members, customer reviews and testimonials. If you want those on your page, they must come from you.
  • It does not promise rankings. Search engines decide rankings. Rutba helps you produce complete, accurate, well-structured content and publish it safely; the scores in the editor guide writing and do not predict positions.

What Google actually says about AI-generated content

Before using any AI writing tool, it helps to know the rules of the game. Google has published clear guidance on AI-generated content in Google Search Central, and it is more nuanced than "AI content is banned" or "AI content is fine".

Google rewards quality, however it is produced

Google's position, published in its Search Central guidance on AI-generated content, is that it focuses on the quality of content rather than on how it was produced. Content created with the help of automation or AI is not penalised for that reason alone. What matters is whether it is helpful, reliable and made for people, which Google describes through its "people-first content" guidance and the E-E-A-T concept: experience, expertise, authoritativeness and trustworthiness.

Using AI to manipulate rankings is spam

The same guidance is equally clear on the other side: using automation, including AI, to generate content with the primary purpose of manipulating search rankings is a violation of Google's spam policies. Google's spam policies include "scaled content abuse": producing many pages, by any method, mainly to rank rather than to help users. A site that publishes hundreds of thin AI pages targeting keyword variations is exactly what this policy describes, whether or not a human pressed the publish button.

Who, how and why

Google suggests that creators think about "who, how and why" for their content:

  • Who created it: is it clear to readers who is behind the content, for example through a byline or an about page?
  • How it was created: if automation was substantially involved, would readers reasonably expect to know that? Explaining your process can build trust.
  • Why it was created: the reason should be to help people, not mainly to attract search visits.

Experience is the part AI cannot fake

E-E-A-T starts with experience: first-hand knowledge of the product you sell, the service you provide or the place you describe. An AI model has not used your product, visited your clinic or tested your recipe. It can organise and phrase information, but the experience has to come from you. That is why Rutba's article drafts include placeholders such as "[add your experience]" and "[source needed]" instead of making up stories or statistics, and why the quality checks remind you when a draft shows no first-hand experience.

Reviews, prices and claims carry extra risk

Invented reviews and testimonials are not only an SEO problem. Consumer protection rules in many countries treat fake reviews and unsupported claims as misleading practices, and Google's structured data guidelines do not allow review markup for content that is not genuine. This is why Rutba's landing page builder has no "testimonials" section at all, and why every Rutba AI tool is told never to invent reviews, guarantees, discounts or prices.

Common problems with AI content on websites

Most problems with AI-written web content are predictable. Knowing them makes it easier to see why the Rutba tools are designed the way they are.

  1. Invented facts ("hallucinations"). Language models produce plausible text, not verified text. Without strict instructions and real input data, they will happily add an award you never won, a delivery time you never promised or a statistic from a study that does not exist.
  2. Generic text. If the only input is "dental clinic in Istanbul", the output will read like every other dental clinic page. Specific details about your services, area, working hours and what makes you different are what turn generic text into useful text.
  3. Unreviewed publishing at scale. The biggest risk is not one weak page; it is hundreds of pages published without anyone reading them. This is where helpful automation turns into scaled content abuse.
  4. Duplicate and near-duplicate pages. AI tools asked for similar topics produce similar text. Near-duplicate pages compete with each other and dilute the value of your site.
  5. Keyword stuffing. Older SEO habits, repeated by some prompts, push the main keyword into every sentence. Google's spam policies treat keyword stuffing as a negative practice, and readers notice it immediately.
  6. Broken or unsafe markup. Pasting raw AI output into a CMS can bring in odd HTML, scripts or formatting that breaks your layout or creates security issues.
  7. Weak language quality outside English. Many tools are built for English first. Arabic and Turkish content often suffers from literal translation, wrong register or awkward terminology, which readers in those markets notice quickly.
  8. No way back. If an AI-generated change goes live and something is wrong, many workflows leave you fixing it by hand, page by page.

Each of these problems has a corresponding safeguard in Rutba AI, described in the sections below.

How to use AI for SEO content responsibly: a manual workflow

You can follow a responsible AI workflow with any tool. Here is the process we recommend, and the one Rutba's tools are built to support.

  1. Start from a real need. Pick a topic or page because your visitors need it: a question customers ask, a service you offer, a product you sell. Do not start from "which keywords can I rank for with the least effort".
  2. Collect the facts first. Write down what is true: services, prices you are willing to publish, area served, opening hours, product specifications, policies. The AI should arrange facts, not supply them.
  3. Research the search intent. Look at what currently ranks for your topic, which questions people ask, and what kind of page (guide, product page, local service page) searchers expect.
  4. Write a brief. Define the audience, the goal of the page, the main topics to cover and the questions to answer. A good brief is the most effective way to get useful AI output.
  5. Generate a draft, not a final text. Treat the AI's output as a first draft prepared by a fast assistant who does not know your business.
  6. Check every fact. Read every sentence. Remove anything you cannot confirm. Add sources for any statistic or study.
  7. Add your experience. Add what you have seen, tested or measured yourself, your own examples and, where possible, your own photos.
  8. Edit for people. Shorten long sentences, remove repetition, make the call to action clear, check the tone fits your brand.
  9. Optimise the basics. A clear SEO title, a useful meta description, descriptive headings, internal links to related pages and a sensible URL.
  10. Publish safely and watch the result. Publish in a way you can undo, then follow real search data (impressions, clicks) over the following weeks rather than guessing.

Rutba AI automates the slow parts of steps 3 to 5 and 9 to 10, and builds reminders and gates into steps 6 to 8 so they are not skipped.

The AI landing page builder

A landing page has one job: explain one offer to one audience and get them to take one action. The Rutba landing page builder is designed around that job.

From brief to page

You start a new landing page by answering a short brief:

  • Your business, for example "a dental clinic in Istanbul".
  • What you offer on this page: the service or product, what makes it different, and any prices or offers you want to mention. The form says plainly that the AI will not invent anything, so whatever you want on the page must be here.
  • Who it is for: the audience.
  • What the page should achieve: the goal, for example "book a free consultation".
  • Tone, and the contact channels you want to offer (email, phone, WhatsApp).
  • Page language: Arabic, English or Turkish.

Rutba AI then writes the page, which takes up to about a minute. The AI does not write HTML. It returns structured text for a fixed set of section types: a hero (headline, subheadline, button text), features, steps, an FAQ, a call to action and a contact section. Rutba checks this output against an allow-list: unknown section types and fields are dropped, any tags are stripped, every text has a maximum length and lists have a maximum number of items. The page template then escapes every value again before display. The result is a clean, consistent page that cannot carry hidden scripts or broken markup from the AI.

The writing instructions follow Google's helpful content principles and consumer protection rules: use only facts from the brief; never invent prices, numbers, awards, guarantees, customer reviews or testimonials; write clear, specific benefits in short sentences with one clear call to action; and include only FAQ answers that are true for any business of that kind or that come from the brief.

Editing with a live preview

The editor shows each section as editable fields next to a preview of the page. You can rewrite headlines, change feature items, adjust FAQ answers, reorder sections (move up, move down), remove sections and choose the main colour of the page. Saving updates the preview, so you always see exactly what visitors will see.

Mandatory review

A newly generated page is marked "Needs review". It cannot be published on Rutba or on WordPress until you tick the confirmation "I read every text and it is true for my business" and save. This is not a formality: it is the moment where you remove anything inaccurate and add the details only you know.

Two places to publish

  • On Rutba. The page goes live at its own address on Rutba with a working contact form. Agencies with a verified custom domain in Rutba can serve their team's pages under that domain. The public page uses a strict security policy: no scripts, forms that post only to the same origin, and no framing by other sites.
  • On your WordPress site. If your site is connected with the Rutba Connector plugin and has content permission, the page is created as a WordPress page through a reversible change set. You can send it as a draft or publish it. The WordPress version uses inline formatting that survives WordPress's own content filtering, and its "send a message" button can lead to the Rutba form if the page is also live on Rutba. When a WordPress copy exists, the Rutba copy points to it with a canonical link and is set to noindex, so search engines see one page, not two duplicates.

Before the WordPress page is created, Rutba takes a restore point, and the change appears in your site's Changes list, where it can be rolled back. You can also take a Rutba-hosted page offline at any time.

Leads from the contact form

Messages sent through the form on a Rutba-hosted page appear in the page's Messages list, and your team admins get an instant notification. The form is protected against bots with a hidden trap field and a limit of five submissions per minute, requires an email or phone number, and stores only a hashed fingerprint of the sender's IP address rather than the address itself.

How usage is counted

Each generation uses one landing page from your plan's monthly allowance, or, after the allowance is used up, one extra use paid with AI credits if you accept the price. If the generation fails, the use is given back.

The WordPress site builder

Starting a new WordPress site usually means a blank theme and a list of pages nobody has time to write. The site builder handles the first version of those pages, in three clear steps.

Step 1: the page plan

You describe your business and your services or products, one per line with what makes each one special. You can add your story, your area and working hours. Again, only facts: the AI will not invent anything. You choose the site language.

Rutba AI proposes a plan of 4 to 8 pages, typically a home page, about page, services pages and a contact page, each with a title and a purpose. You can rename, reorder, remove or add pages before anything is written. The plan is the stage where you decide the structure of your site, so take a minute to make it match your business.

Step 2: pages written in the background

When you approve the plan, Rutba writes each page with a separate AI request in a background job, saving after every page and showing the progress ("Waiting to be written", "Written"). You can leave the page and come back. If one page fails, the others stay, and that page can be rewritten individually. You can also ask Rutba to rewrite any page you are not happy with.

Site pages use the same safe section engine as landing pages, with an extra "text" section for pages such as "About us" that need normal paragraphs. The same honesty rules apply, with additions that matter for company pages: no invented numbers, years of experience, certificates, team members, awards, guarantees or reviews.

Step 3: review and apply

Every page must be reviewed. You confirm "I read every page and the texts are true for my business", then choose how to apply it: pages as drafts, or published. When publishing you can also ask Rutba to create the main menu and to make the new home page the front page of your site.

The site is changed through two separate change sets, following Rutba's safety engine:

  • Pages are created as content changes with a restore point taken first.
  • Menu and front page, which affect how the whole site looks, are applied only when you publish, as a higher-risk change with a health check of the site afterwards.

Both change sets appear in your site's Changes list and can be rolled back individually. Rolling back restores the previous front page, removes the created menu and moves the new pages to the WordPress trash, where they can still be restored. The site builder notices the rollback and updates its own status automatically.

A few practical details: creating menus and setting the front page require a recent version of the Rutba Connector plugin; on older plugin versions you get the pages with a prompt to update the plugin. If your theme edits menus in the Site Editor (block themes), the menu is created and you choose it there in one click. If your theme has no menu location, the menu is created and you place it from Appearance, Menus.

How usage is counted

One site build is taken from your monthly allowance when the plan is created (or one extra use paid with credits, with your approval). Writing and rewriting individual pages is charged in AI credits only.

The article writer: Rutba Content Studio

The Content Studio is where Rutba's article writing lives. It is more than a "write me an article" button: it combines keyword research, a brief based on the real top results, an editor with a live SEO score, quality checks and safe publishing to WordPress.

Research before writing

You start a document with a focus keyword ("What should this article rank for?"), a working title, a content language and optionally the site it belongs to. The research step can show keyword ideas with search volume, difficulty and trend, the pages currently ranking, the questions people also ask, the likely search intent, and the topics the top results cover with their typical length. Keyword and results data come from a configurable SEO data provider. If the platform has no data provider connected, sample data is clearly labelled "Sample data" so it is never mistaken for real numbers.

A brief and an outline

From the research, Rutba AI can generate a content brief: the target length based on the top results, the topics to cover, the questions to answer, title ideas and an outline. It also suggests internal links to your own most related pages, taken from your site's latest audit, so the new article connects to the rest of your content. You can edit the brief and regenerate it.

Writing: full draft or section by section

You can write yourself, ask for a full draft from the brief, or work in a hybrid way by asking the AI to write one section under a heading you choose. Before a full draft replaces the text, the current text is saved as a version, and you can restore any earlier version. Drafts include placeholders like "[source needed]" and "[add your experience]" where a fact or a personal example belongs, rather than inventing them.

The live SEO score

As you write, the editor saves automatically and the server recalculates a content score. It checks practical points: the focus keyword in the SEO title, first paragraph, a subheading and the meta description; natural keyword use rather than stuffing; SEO title length (30 to 60 characters recommended) and meta description length (120 to 160 characters recommended); content depth against the target length from the brief or the top results; coverage of related topics; and the heading structure. A Google preview shows how the title and description may appear on desktop and mobile, and warns when they would be cut off.

The text analysis is built for Arabic as well as English and Turkish: it normalises Arabic letter variants, handles the definite article and attached prefixes, uses light stemming and recognises synonyms, so a keyword is recognised in its natural forms. The editor states clearly that the score checks completeness against your brief, guides writing and does not predict rankings.

Quality and trust checks (E-E-A-T)

A separate quality tab looks at what a careful editor would check:

  • statistics and studies without a linked source;
  • placeholders still waiting for your input;
  • AI text that nobody has reviewed yet;
  • whether the article shows first-hand experience;
  • near-duplicates of other documents in your workspace.

The tool says honestly that these checks point at what to look at; they are not an automatic verdict.

Publishing to WordPress

When the document belongs to a connected WordPress site, you can publish now, schedule it, or send it as a draft, with categories, tags, SEO title, meta description and URL slug. If the document contains AI text that has not been reviewed, only "send as a draft" is allowed until a person confirms "I reviewed the whole text". Publishing is a reversible change: rolling back a new post moves it to the trash, and rolling back an update restores the previous version. You can also import a published post into the editor, improve it with the live score and send the update back after reviewing the difference.

How usage is counted

Each new content document counts against your plan's monthly content documents allowance. The AI requests inside the editor (brief, draft, sections, title and description suggestions) are charged in AI credits.

WooCommerce product texts from real product facts

Online stores often have hundreds of products with a one-line description copied from a supplier, or none at all. Product pages with thin, duplicated text are hard to rank and do little to help shoppers decide. The product texts tool writes better texts from the facts your store already has.

How it works

  1. Connect a WooCommerce site with the Rutba Connector plugin (version 0.13.0 or later is needed for this tool).
  2. Find products: search your catalogue, or use "Select products with weak texts" to pick the ones that need help first.
  3. Add notes for all products (optional), for example "free shipping over 500 TL, handmade in Gaziantep", but only if they are true.
  4. Choose whether to improve product names. By default the product name stays as it is; it changes only if you tick "Also improve product names", and even then the brand, model and key specification are kept.
  5. Let Rutba AI write: for each product it writes a short description (who it is for and the main benefit), a full description (an intro, key features as a list, and a short paragraph on use or care), an SEO title and an SEO description.
  6. Review every product text, correct anything, and confirm "I checked every product text and the facts are correct".
  7. Apply to your store: as drafts or directly, in one reversible change set.

Facts only from your store

The plugin reads only what is already in your store: product name, price, SKU, categories, visible attributes, current texts and SEO fields. The AI sees only these facts and your store notes. It is told never to invent specifications, materials, sizes, certifications, origin, warranty, delivery times, discounts, stock levels or reviews, and never to promise a price or a sale that is not in the facts. No HTML, no emojis and no keyword stuffing.

Safe application

The batch is applied as one change set with a restore point taken first and a check after writing that the store saved exactly what was sent. Every product can be rolled back from Changes; a rollback restores all the previous texts and the batch returns to "ready for review", so you can edit and apply again.

How usage is counted

Each product written uses one product text from your monthly allowance. A product that fails is given back. Products beyond the allowance are written only after you explicitly accept the extra price in AI credits; otherwise you can choose "Write the remaining products" later, when your allowance renews.

Ask your site, and the workspace assistant

Not every AI task is about writing content. Sometimes you need an answer: why did my score drop, what should I fix first, which tool fits my goal? Rutba has two assistants for this, and both are read-only: they advise, they never change your site.

Ask your site

"Ask your site" is a conversation about one site. For every question, Rutba builds a compact summary of that site's own records: the latest audit (scores, failing rules, affected pages), technical health, page speed, the change history, content documents, keyword rankings, competitors, the backlink snapshot and AI search visibility. The assistant answers only from this summary, shows which data sections it used as source badges, and is told never to invent numbers. If something is missing, for example Search Console is not connected so there are no click or impression figures, the summary says so and the assistant tells you what it cannot answer instead of guessing.

The workspace assistant with tool buttons

The workspace assistant (Rutba AI, Assistant) looks across all your sites and tools. It reads a workspace summary built from your team's records only: your sites and their verification and connection status, plugin version and write permission, WooCommerce availability, the latest audit with its score and main problems, your plan, your Rutba AI allowances and credits, and what the Rutba AI tools have already produced. It prioritises sensibly: unverified or unconnected sites, sites never audited, low scores and critical problems first, then growth through content, landing pages and products.

Its answers include buttons that open the right tool: run an audit, fixes, keywords, Ask your site, connect WordPress, add a site, landing pages, site builder, products, Content Studio, or your plan. These buttons are safe by design. The AI can only pick a key from a fixed list and a site from your own workspace; Rutba builds the button text and link itself, and anything that does not match is removed. The assistant cannot send you to an invented link or to another team's site.

Privacy of conversations

Conversations are private to the person who wrote them. Even the team owner cannot read another member's conversations, because questions can contain drafts or personal ideas; the underlying data is available to the team on its own pages anyway. Both assistants use AI credits, and are locked on plans without AI credits.

Monthly allowances, AI credits and extra uses

Rutba AI uses two simple measures, and both are checked on the server, not only in the interface.

Measure What it counts Examples
Monthly allowance per tool Projects: how many landing pages, site builds, content documents and product texts you can start each month One landing page generation; one site build; one content document; one product written
AI credits The AI requests made inside the tools and the assistants Writing and rewriting site pages; brief, draft and section help in the Content Studio; every assistant answer

How it works in practice:

  1. A tool that is not in your plan is locked. It is shown with a lock and an upgrade button. Credits do not unlock a tool that your plan does not include.
  2. Each use comes from your monthly allowance first. The Rutba AI hub shows, for every tool, how many uses your plan includes, how many you have used and how many remain this month.
  3. After the allowance is used up, an extra use may be possible for a fixed number of AI credits. The price is set per tool by the platform owner and shown to you before you decide. Credits are spent only after you accept that price. Credits are never spent silently.
  4. Failed generations are refunded. If a generation fails before anything is delivered, the allowance use or the extra credits are given back, and the refund appears in your credits history.
  5. Your own AI keys. On plans that include "bring your own key", AI calls made with your own provider keys use no Rutba credits; they are only logged.

Allowances, credits and add-on packs depend on your plan and can change. See the pricing page for the current plans.

Writing in Arabic, English and Turkish

Rutba is an Arabic-first platform with three interface languages, and the AI tools follow the same principle. Every tool lets you choose the language of the content it writes, independently of the language of the interface: you can use Rutba in English and write a landing page in Arabic, or use it in Turkish and write product texts in English.

  • Arabic is written in Modern Standard Arabic, suited to readers across the Gulf, the Levant, Egypt, Iraq and beyond. Rutba's text analysis handles Arabic properly: letter normalisation, the definite article and prefixes, and light stemming, so the SEO score and keyword checks work on real Arabic text rather than on exact string matches.
  • Turkish content is written for Turkish readers, and the analysis handles Turkish characters correctly.
  • English is written for an international audience.

Writing natively matters. A page translated sentence by sentence from another language reads as a translation, and readers notice. Give the brief in the language you are most comfortable with, but check the final text with a native speaker's eye, especially for terminology specific to your industry.

Honesty rules and human review, built into every tool

Rutba AI follows a short set of rules that apply to every tool. They are part of the platform, not optional settings.

  1. Facts come from you or your site. Landing pages and site pages use only the brief; product texts use only real product data and your notes; assistants use only your records.
  2. Nothing is invented. No invented prices, numbers, awards, guarantees, certificates, years of experience, team members, reviews or testimonials. Article drafts use placeholders where a source or your experience is needed.
  3. AI text is marked as unreviewed. Pages, site builds, articles and product batches carry an "AI, unreviewed" state until a person confirms the review.
  4. No publishing without approval. The confirmation checkbox is required before publishing. In the Content Studio, unreviewed AI text can only go to your site as a draft.
  5. Every write to your site is reversible. Landing pages on WordPress, site pages, menus, front page settings, articles and product texts are applied through Rutba's change sets, with a restore point taken before writing and the change listed in Changes, where you can roll it back. Higher-risk site-wide changes (menu and front page) also run a site health check after applying. You can read more in safe changes.
  6. Clean output only. AI output passes through allow-lists and sanitisation before it is saved or rendered, so it cannot inject scripts or unsafe markup into your pages.
  7. No ranking promises. Scores guide writing. Search engines decide rankings.

These rules exist because the responsibility for what appears on your site stays with you. Rutba's job is to make the right workflow the easy workflow.

How your data is handled

AI tools need data to be useful. Here is what is sent, where, and what is kept.

  • What is sent to the AI provider. Only the text needed for the request: your brief, the relevant site or product data, or your question with a short recent history. AI requests go through Rutba's central AI hub, never directly from a feature to a vendor. Today requests are served by Google Gemini models, with Anthropic Claude used when enabled. The providers act as processors and receive only what the request needs.
  • What Rutba logs. Each AI request is logged for metering and troubleshooting: the task, the model, the token counts, the credits and the result status. These logs do not contain your prompts, the AI output or any keys. AI request logs are kept for 13 months, as stated in the privacy policy.
  • What is stored. The content you create (landing pages, site builds, documents and their versions, product batches) is stored in your workspace so you can edit and publish it. Assistant conversations are stored privately for their author.
  • Google data. If you connect Google Search Console or Analytics, that data is read-only, is not sold or used for advertising, and is never used to train generalised AI models, in line with Google's Limited Use requirements. See Google search data.
  • Contact form data. Messages from Rutba-hosted landing pages are stored for your team, with only a hashed fingerprint of the sender's IP address.
  • Tenant isolation. Every query on your data is scoped to your team. The workspace assistant cannot see other teams' sites, and its tool buttons can only point to your own sites.
  • Your own keys. If your plan allows it, the owner or an admin of your team can add your own AI provider keys. They are stored encrypted and shown masked.

Who Rutba AI is for

  • Small business owners who need a clear landing page or a first version of their website in their own language, without hiring a copywriter for every page, and who want to stay in control of what is published.
  • Online stores on WooCommerce with many products and thin or supplier-copied descriptions, who want better product texts written from real product data, applied safely and reversible.
  • Bloggers and content teams who want research, a brief from the real top results, help with drafting, a live SEO score and quality checks in one place, with publishing to WordPress.
  • Agencies who build pages and sites for clients and need a repeatable, reviewable process, with pages hosted on Rutba under their verified domain or published to the client's WordPress site, and a clear change history for every client.
  • Site owners who are not SEO specialists and want to ask questions about their site in plain language and be pointed to the right next step.

Rutba AI is probably not for you if you want to publish large numbers of pages without reading them. The tools are deliberately built to prevent that.

Practical checklist and mistakes to avoid

Before you generate

  • Write down the real facts: services, products, area, hours, prices you are willing to publish, policies.
  • Decide the single goal of the page and the action you want visitors to take.
  • Choose the content language deliberately, matching your audience, not your interface language.
  • For articles, run the research first so the brief is based on what actually ranks.
  • For stores, start with "products with weak texts" rather than rewriting everything at once.

Before you publish

  • Read every sentence. Remove anything that is not true for your business.
  • Fill every "[source needed]" and "[add your experience]" placeholder, or remove the claim.
  • Check names, phone numbers, addresses and prices character by character.
  • Make sure there are no invented reviews, guarantees or numbers.
  • Check the SEO title and meta description in the Google preview.
  • Add internal links to related pages and from related pages to the new one.
  • Prefer "as a draft" when you want to check the page in your theme before it goes live.

Mistakes to avoid

  • Treating the draft as final. The review step is the most valuable part of the process, not an obstacle.
  • Using vague briefs. Vague input gives generic output. Specific details make useful pages.
  • Publishing many similar pages. Several near-identical service or city pages are a classic pattern of scaled, low-value content. Write fewer, better pages.
  • Chasing the score. A higher content score means the text covers your brief more completely. It is not a ranking guarantee, and stuffing keywords to raise it will make the page worse.
  • Forgetting your own experience. Your photos, examples and first-hand knowledge are what generic content cannot copy.
  • Ignoring rollbacks. If something looks wrong after publishing, use Changes to roll it back instead of editing pages by hand in a hurry.

Getting started with Rutba AI

First steps

  1. Create your account at sign up and add your site. If you are not sure where your site stands, run the free SEO check first.
  2. Connect WordPress with the Rutba Connector plugin if you want to publish pages, site builds, articles or product texts to your site. For landing pages hosted on Rutba, no site is needed.
  3. Run an audit so the assistants and the Content Studio have real data about your site.
  4. Open Rutba AI from the menu. The hub shows every tool, whether it is available in your plan, your monthly allowance and your AI credits.
  5. Pick one tool and one goal. For a single offer, start with a landing page. For a new site, start with the site builder. For traffic from search, start with one well-researched article. For a store, start with the products that have the weakest texts.
  6. Review, then publish. Read, correct, add your experience, confirm the review, then publish, preferably as a draft first if you want to see it in your theme.
  7. Measure and improve. Follow your audit and search data over the following weeks, and update the content based on what real visitors and searches tell you.

  • Google search data shows real impressions and clicks after you publish, so you judge content by results rather than by guesses.
  • AI search visibility measures whether AI assistants mention your brand, and can suggest pages to create in the Content Studio for questions where you are not mentioned.

Frequently asked questions

Does Google penalise AI-generated content?

Not for being AI-generated. Google's guidance says it focuses on the quality and helpfulness of content, however it is produced. Using AI mainly to manipulate rankings, for example by publishing many thin pages at scale, violates Google's spam policies.

Will Rutba AI publish content to my site automatically?

No. Every landing page, site build, article and product batch is marked as unreviewed AI text and must be confirmed by a person before it can be published. In the Content Studio, unreviewed AI text can only be sent to your site as a draft.

Can Rutba AI create images or logos?

Not yet. The images and logos tool is shown as coming soon in the Rutba AI hub. Today the tools write text, and you add your own photos in WordPress.

Which languages can Rutba AI write in?

Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic), English and Turkish. You choose the content language in each tool, independently of the interface language, and the SEO score's text analysis supports all three, including Arabic prefixes and letter variants.

How is Rutba AI usage counted?

Each tool has a monthly allowance in your plan that counts projects, such as landing pages, site builds, content documents or products written. The AI requests inside the tools and the assistant answers use AI credits. Allowances depend on your plan; see the pricing page.

What happens when my monthly allowance runs out?

If the platform offers extra uses for that tool, Rutba shows you the price in AI credits and spends them only if you accept. If you do not accept, nothing is charged and you can continue when the allowance renews. Failed generations are refunded.

Can I undo a page or product text that Rutba AI published?

Yes. Everything written to your WordPress site goes through Rutba's change sets with a restore point taken first. You can roll back from the Changes list: new pages and posts move to the WordPress trash and updated texts return to their previous version.

Will the AI invent reviews, prices or statistics?

The tools are instructed never to invent prices, numbers, awards, guarantees, certificates, reviews or testimonials, and to use only the facts you or your store provide. You should still read every text, because the review step is where you confirm accuracy.

What data does Rutba send to the AI provider?

Only the text the request needs, such as your brief, the relevant site or product data, or your question. Requests currently go to Google Gemini, with Anthropic Claude when enabled. Rutba's request logs record the model, tokens and credits, not your prompts or outputs.

Do I need WordPress to use Rutba AI?

Not for everything. Landing pages can be hosted on Rutba with a contact form, and the assistants work for any site you add. Publishing site pages, articles or product texts to your site requires a WordPress site connected with the Rutba Connector plugin, and WooCommerce for product texts.
