You can cancel at any time. Your data is never deleted because a subscription ended.
Cancel
- Go to Billing and press Cancel subscription.
- You will see Canceled. Everything keeps working until the end date of the period you paid for. Automatic renewal in PayPal is stopped as well.
Changed your mind? Press Resume subscription before the end date.
Renew a one-time payment
Plans paid once do not renew by themselves. We send reminders before the end date. Renew from Billing with Change or renew, or switch to automatic renewal.
If a payment is missed
- You get a few days of grace with everything still working, and reminders by email.
- After that, the tools are paused. Your sites, audits and content are kept. You can still sign in, see your data and pay. Basic checks continue: a monthly audit and uptime monitoring.
- Subscribe again and everything starts again at once.
Delete everything
If you want your data deleted, delete your account from Settings → Profile. See Secure your account.
