Sites that do not run WordPress can still be audited as soon as they are verified. To let Rutba act on the site, use the Integration tab of the site.
Create your keys
- Open the site and go to Integration.
- Press Create keys. You get a public key (
rpk_…) for the browser and a secret key for your server. - The secret key is shown once. Store it as the
RUTBA_SECRET_KEYenvironment variable on your server. If it leaks, press New secret key. Revoke keys stops the integration completely.
Choose an install method
The tab shows ready code for PHP, Node.js, Cloudflare and a JS snippet.
- JS snippet: one line in your pages. It adds structured data and measures the speed your real visitors get (Core Web Vitals).
- Server integration (PHP, Node.js, Cloudflare): also changes titles, descriptions and the other overrides before the page leaves your server, which is what search engines read best. Use it when you want titles and descriptions changed.
Changes you save in Rutba reach the site within about five minutes.
SEO overrides
Under SEO overrides you can set, per page: title, description, canonical, robots, JSON-LD, or a 301/302 redirect. Press Review the change to see it before it goes live. Every change is recorded in Change history and can be rolled back.
Real visitors' speed
Once the snippet runs, the speed card shows Real visitors' speed (last 28 days, 75th percentile). This is the same way Google judges Core Web Vitals.
WordPress sites
WordPress sites do not use this tab: they connect with the plugin. See Connect a WordPress site.
