Rutba checks your site the way a search engine does, shows what holds it back, and fixes what can be fixed safely. This guide takes you from a new account to your first audit.
Create your account
- Open the pricing page and choose a plan. Each plan has Buy now, and plans with a trial also have Try free for … days.
- Fill in your name, email address and password, then press Create account. You can also press Continue with Google to use your Google account.
- Confirm your email address with the link we send you. If it did not arrive, press Resend verification email on the Verify email page and check your spam folder. Accounts created with Google are already confirmed.
What happens next depends on what you chose:
- Try free: the trial starts at once and you land on your dashboard. No payment details are needed.
- Buy now: you go straight to the checkout of that plan.
- Nothing yet: you see the plan picker. You can also start a free trial from there, once per account.
Follow the getting started checklist
Your dashboard shows a Getting started card with a progress bar. It disappears once every step is done:
- Add your first site: see Add a site and verify ownership.
- Verify site ownership: audits and fixes start only after this step.
- Invite your team: shown when your plan includes more than one member.
- Protect your account with two-factor authentication: see Secure your account.
Find your way around
The menu on the side has Dashboard, Sites, Content Studio, Rutba AI, Team members, My plan, Billing and Domains. Your profile, password, notifications and integrations are under your name at the bottom → Settings. This help centre is one click away under Help centre.
Each verified site has its own tabs: Overview, SEO audit, Fix Center, Google Search, Reports, Change history and more, depending on your plan.
What to do first
